Fitness Supervisor - Healthhaus
This is a rare opportunity for someone ready to step into a position of leadership and responsibility in the fitness industry in Jersey.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive fitness professional with outstanding people management, leadership and communication skills dedicated to achieving excellence across all areas of responsibility.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in the health and fitness industry, a forward-thinking approach and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on customers, colleagues and the wider community.
As Fitness Supervisor, you’ll oversee our complete fitness offering, including our exclusive Milon suite, and work alongside our Medical Referral Manager to deliver our expanding Medical Referral programme.
In this role, you’ll support the growth and performance of our fitness team, identify opportunities to improve member experience and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years’ relevant fitness industry experience
- Minimum Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification
- Confident communication and people management skills
- A pro-active, forward-thinking approach and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent organisational skills and a positive attitude
- Strong IT literacy including professional fitness software, Microsoft and Google Workspace
