At 81, I need to keep myself moving and strong. Magda provides great guidance on how to use the [Pilates] equipment correctly and safely. As a result of my sessions I feel stronger and more flexible.

After just 10 sessions [of equipment Pilates with Magda] I feel that it has been of great benefit, not only has it improved my flexibility and balance, it has also improved my strength. With the springs attached to the machines, it seems to give me confidence to do more, I feel my hip movement have improved, although I still have not been able to do the splits!
