This is circuit training like no other. The award-winning Milon Circle is tailored to you, with each machine personalised to your settings to help you get the most from your workout. So you only need to work out for 35 minutes every five days for guaranteed results. It’s that simple.
You don’t need any previous gym experience to get started with Milon. Our Milon Coaches will be by your side from day one, helping you set up, master the machines and smash your goals.
If you're lucky enough to have more time on your hands then our cardio, Kinesis and free weight areas will help you find your focus.
It all starts with the Milonizer – a biometric scanner our Milon Experts use to help determine your personal machine settings. Just pop your membership card in and the machine will calibrate to you. And with all your workout data stored online, you can access your stats at any time.
The pre-adjusted settings on each machine mean you always work out safely, with the correct seat height, weight and range of motion for you. We can even take personal limitations into account, so you can work out even if you’re recovering from injury.
Whatever weight exercise you’re doing, your muscles can handle more weight as you come back to the start position of the move. With Milon’s electronic resistance, our coaches can set a heavier weight on this return phase – making it 30% more efficient than traditional machines.
