These Club rules are in place to support the smooth operation of the Club and to ensure all Members have an enjoyable experience.
1. Purpose
This policy is designed to ensure fair access to group fitness classes, efficient scheduling, and a positive experience for all class participants.
2. Purchasing Classes
2.1
All non-members must complete a Guest Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire before purchasing classes.
2.2
All classes must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking
2.3
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.4
Some speciality classes may require an additional fee or eligibility requirements.
3. Booking Classes
3.1
Class participants may reserve classes through:

3.2
Class bookings open at 00:00, 14 days in advance and close 60 minutes before class starts.
3.3
The booking system is available 24 hours a day.
3.4
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Expiry dates
4.1
All classes must be used before the expiry date, which starts from the date of purchase.
4.1.1.
Single classes: 1 month
4.1.2.
Block of 6 classes: 3 months
4.1.3.
Blocks of 12 classes: 6 months
4.2
Any unused classes will be forfeited. No refunds or credit will be given.
5. Waitlist
5.1
If a class is full, class participants may join the waitlist. (You may join 1 class and 2 overlapping waitlists at the same time.)
5.2
When a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added.
5.3
If you no longer wish to attend the class you must remove yourself from the waitlist. This ensures that people who added themselves to the waitlist after you receive as much notice as possible, should a space become available.
5.4
Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the class you will be charged. Therefore it is important to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.
5.5
Class participants are responsible for checking their booking status before attending.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
6.1
Participants must cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid losing a class.
6.2
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of 1 prepaid class credit.
7. Late Arrival
7.1
Participants should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
7.2
Unclaimed spots will be released to waitlisted participants at the class start time.
7.3
If space remains in the class, entry may be permitted up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After this, entry will not be permitted to avoid disruption and for safety reasons.
8. Instructor Changes & Class Cancellations
8.1
The Club may substitute instructors, modify schedules, or cancel classes when necessary.
8.2
If the Club cancels a class you will not be charged.
9. Health & Safety
9.1
A Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) must be completed before signing up for your first class.
9.2
Participants should inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before class.
9.3
You must complete a new PARQ if there are any changes to your health or if you become injured.
9.4
Sweat towels are mandatory in all ‘fitness’ classes. Loan towels are available at a charge.
9.5
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the type of exercise being carried out. Please ensure your attire is respectful for others in the class. Tops must be worn.
9.6
In the gym and exercise studios, clean, non-marking soled and closed toe shoes should be worn.
9.7
Only sealed water containers are to be used in any of the fitness suites. (No glass or paper cups allowed).
9.8
No food or hot drinks are permitted within any of the gym or studio areas.
10. Etiquette
10.1
Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other participants is expected at all times.
10.2
Please do not make telephone calls in training suites or the corridor. Calls may be made discreetly from the lounge area.
10.3
Clean and dry clothing must be worn in all social areas.
11. Policy Enforcement
11.1
The Club reserves the right to refuse participation if this policy is not followed.
