What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you
I am a coach in Milon, so I help with inductions and encourage members with their training goals. I am a personal trainer, focusing on weights and resistance training. I also do some shifts on reception.
We lose muscle and bone density as we get older, and lifting weights is a great way to slow down that process. So encouraging people to lift weights is really important to me.
What I love about working here
I enjoy working on reception – I love greeting the members and chatting to them, and I really enjoy the daily reception work.
I have spent the last 30 years working in the fitness industry and all things related to health and fitness. Helping people work towards a healthier lifestyle is very rewarding, and watching them build confidence is great.
My passions outside of work
Outside of work I still like to keep active and keep my fitness up. I love to go surfing on my bodyboard and doing anything ocean related. I also really enjoy walking and photography.
