Milon group classes

Combining resistance and cardiovascular machines, Milon is a workout system like no other. And as each machine on a Milon circuit can be tailored to the individual, it’s the perfect class for increasing muscle strength and aerobic capacity at the right pace for you.

GYROTONIC® 1:1 sessions

This unique movement method addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways and allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. The result? Increased range of motion and improved strength, balance and flexibility.

Equipment Pilates 1:1 sessions

Recommended by physiotherapists, Pilates is used in both rehabilitation and injury prevention. It promotes core stability, strength and flexibility by using functional exercises, while rebalancing the musculoskeletal system and improving posture.

Personal 1:1 coaching sessions

Our 1:1 coaching sessions are tailored to your needs. We offer programmes covering mobility and flexibility, motor skills, strength and conditioning, and cardio exercise - all with our friendly, experienced coaches.
