What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you

As General Manager, I have overall responsibility for the daily running of the club, supported by my wonderful team of four Managers and five Supervisors.

In the short term I’m responsible for the efficient and effective running of the whole operation, including development and training of the team.

The medium term is planning for upcoming events, facilitating any procedural or calendar changes, and long term I help support the planning process for continued evolution of the club.

What I love about working here

I love many things about working at the club. Our team, the club members, the atmosphere, our integrity, honesty and desire to deliver whenever and wherever possible.

I’ve been fortunate to have several different roles here over the years, including as a Milon Coach and on reception. I love being able to provide a very high level of customer service and help people at every stage of the fitness process. Watching people grow in confidence and achieve their goals on their fitness journey is so fulfilling.

My passions outside of work

I love walking, travelling, and volunteering for local events such as parkrun and Trail Monkeys.

I have always been passionate about sport, even though my playing days seem to have disappeared. I’ve been fortunate to coach and hold coaching qualifications in football, cricket and rugby. I’m also an avid sports watcher and mourn the end of any big tournament or event.
