What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you
As a Personal Trainer and ICF accredited Coach, I specialise in rehabilitation, goal setting and holistic health. Having dealt with injuries and surgeries in the past, I know what it takes to recover from them. So I will eagerly help you get there.
Whether you want to get fitter, regain mental clarity, lose weight or achieve a super ambitious goal, I will be there to help you along the way!
I started out as a Milon fitness coach in Belgium back in 2012, worked my way up to Milon Master and trained the Healthhaus team for many years. I'm now focused on bringing a more holistic approach to wellbeing.
What I love about working here
I love meeting members and supporting them on their fitness journey, spreading my passion for health and wellness as much as possible.
Another really enjoyable part of the job is helping people bounce back after injuries or surgeries. It’s a really rewarding experience.
My passions outside of work
I love taking part in endurance events and marathons, have recently restarted martial arts and I love going on hikes with my girlfriend.
I also enjoy learning new skills – in 2025, I gained the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and NBH-WC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching) credential and am working towards a Clinical EFT qualification.
This combination of skills, experience and qualifications enables me to offer an even deeper and more holistic approach to physical and mental health and wellness, resulting in profound transformations.
My qualifications
My fitness qualifications include:
· Level 2 Personal Trainer
· Level 3 Personal Trainer
· NBH-WC Health Coach
· ICF level 1 Health Coach

As a personal trainer, I saw so many clients who knew what to do outside of their PT sessions, but had difficulties actually doing it. They would often come into the next session recounting everything they did ‘wrong’ over the previous days. This led me to get curious about the process people go through, and to realise that there wasn’t anything wrong with my knowledge. Becoming a Health Coach allowed me to combine my passion for health, psychology and human behaviour to help people bridge that gap. Seeing someone gain confidence and control over their health is a fantastic feeling.
I love seeing people discover that they're capable of far more than they believed. Watching confidence grow alongside healthier habits is amazing. The best part is seeing clients realise they don't need to be perfect to make meaningful progress; pushing through a mental roadblock is the best feeling in the world.
Personal training focuses on what to do physically, while coaching focuses on helping people understand why they're struggling and how to create sustainable change.
Coaching explores mindset, motivation, habits and barriers, whereas personal training tends to focus on exercise prescription and performance. Combine the two and you will see phenomenal results!
First, I would use techniques that relax the nervous system and reset the mindset.
The next step is to simplify everything. Instead of focusing on ten things, we'll identify the one action that creates the biggest positive impact and feels achievable right now. We keep repeating steps one and two which will naturally compound into real results.
You can't pour from an empty cup. Looking after yourself isn't selfish! It's one of the most important things you can do for the people around you. Start by giving yourself permission to prioritise your health in small ways every day, which will give you more energy and love to share with the people around you.
