Whether you're looking to improve your energy, manage stress, build healthier habits or simply feel more like yourself again, our Health Coaches are here to help you create lasting change.
Health Coaching is about more than nutrition or exercise; it's about seeing and understanding you as a whole person. Our qualified Health Coaches take the time to get to know your lifestyle, challenges, motivations and goals, helping you develop realistic habits that fit into your everyday life.
Whether you're focused on a health and wellness journey, navigating a busy season of life, or looking to optimise another area of your life, we'll provide the guidance, encouragement and accountability to help you move forward with confidence. Every journey is different, and we're here to support yours.
Create simple, sustainable habits that fit around your lifestyle, so your choices feel achievable rather than overwhelming. Small changes, consistently applied, can lead to lasting improvements in all areas of your health and wellbeing.
Whether your goal is to improve energy, manage stress, sleep better or increase confidence, your coach will help you identify the areas that will have the greatest impact. Together, you'll create a personalised plan designed around your needs and priorities.
Having someone in your corner makes all the difference. Your Health Coach will provide ongoing support, practical guidance and encouragement, helping you overcome obstacles and celebrate every step of your progress.
Qualified, experienced and dedicated to supporting you to transform your health and lifestyle.
Health coaching is a collaborative process where the client is supported by the coach to set and reach personal health goals. For example: making healthier food choices, being consistent with exercise, improving sleep, managing stress or chronic health conditions. The coach doesn’t advise, but uses guided conversation, goal-setting and accountability to help each person find their own intrinsic motivation and build sustainable routines.
Our coaches are qualified life coaches, therefore you can discuss any area of your life where you are feeling unfulfilled, stuck or in need of support. It may be health related or it may be connected with relationships, money or your career.
Nathalie is a qualified Co-Active Coach and is currently undergoing accreditation with the ICF. She is also a Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching and Menopause Coaching Specialist.

Both Nathalie and Sep have decades of experience within the health and fitness industry as qualified personal trainers.
Our first call together is a 30 minute Discovery Call. It is designed to explore whether coaching is the right fit for you. It allows time for you to connect with one of our Health Coaches and for them to understand your goals and determine if the programme will genuinely support you.
If you decide to go ahead with coaching, the next session will be a Deep Dive (up to 90 minutes).
Subsequent sessions will be between 30 and 60 minutes. The exact session length will vary from person to person and you will discuss this directly with your coach.
For coaching to be effective and long-lasting, it generally requires a commitment of at least three months.
We offer a coaching package of eight hours, which you can use over three months. Many clients choose to continue coaching for longer than this.
Your sessions are confidential. Your coach will not disclose anything that you mention during a coaching session except for the following reasons:
During the process of coach accreditation the coach is required to submit recordings of client sessions. This will only take place with express written agreement from the client.
In general, psychotherapy, counselling and other forms of therapy explore the client’s past to provide answers for current behaviour, thoughts and beliefs. In coaching, while we may touch on the past, most of the work is focused on the present and the future.
Coaching drives lasting change by helping people uncover their own insights and motivations rather than imposing solutions. This builds personal ownership and accountability that sticks after the coaching ends. It works through repeated cycles of reflection, action and feedback, so new behaviours are practiced enough to become habits.
Brains are neuroplastic, which means that they continue growing and evolving in response to life experiences. Repetition of new thoughts and behaviours strengthens neural pathways while weaker, unused pathways fade, literally rewiring the brain towards the new pattern. Coaching also builds self-awareness and problem-solving skills.
In coaching, there is no prescription of any sort. If you would like assistance with workouts we will refer you to one of our personal trainers and for assistance with meal plans we’ll refer you to one of our partner dietitians or nutritionists.
