What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you
My reception work involves greeting members, getting them checked in, and generally being friendly and approachable. I also book tours and inductions for new members.
My work as a Membership Advisor involves discussing and renewing memberships with people, advising our members on what’s best for them, and some general office
admin. So if you’ve got a question about memberships, I’m your gal.
What I love about working here
I love how varied my job is, especially when it comes to helping members. Both my roles involve talking to people and helping them, which I love.
Before Healthhaus I worked as a retail manager for over 28 years, and I use all that customer service experience in my role here every day.
My passions outside of work
I lead a very active life – I'm always out and about jogging, cliff path walking, going to the cinema, or eating out and socialising with my family and friends.
I also love walking my two dogs, travelling and going to festivals in the summer. So I keep myself busy!
