I love working with Paul as not only does he make me work hard but he always motivates me and even if I have had a bad week weight wise he discusses why but then looks forward and we decide as a team what to adapt the following week. Paul is always positive and knows what you need to achieve and makes sure he provides the solution to your individual circumstances and won’t let you give up. I actually now enjoy training thanks to Paul and consider him a friend as well as trainer.

After a complete rupture of my ACL and a grade 3 MCL tear, I embarked on personal training sessions with Sam as part of my rehabilitation program. Following his rigorous and tailored strengthening program I have been able to return to all my pre-injury sporting activities without surgery and am feeling stronger than ever. I’ve completely regained trust in my knee, not to mention the benefits to my upper body and core strength which is of particular importance to me as I approach my 60th year.

After constantly getting injured during my regular outdoor run I needed to try a different workout routine. Last October I decided to start weekly PC sessions with Magda. She is amazing and knows just what workouts my body needs to gain much needed strength and flexibility. My stamina has massively improved and I feel stronger and fitter Now I am able to run again without getting the niggling injuries I was previously plagued with.
