What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you

I teach Equipment Pilates, Yoga, and Fundamentals Pilates here at Healthhaus. I also help out on reception.

After giving birth to my first daughter and subsequently trying to get back into shape, I realised that what I was doing was actually hurting my joints. I tried yoga and

haven't looked back since.

What I love about working here

I love the Healthhaus team, they are very friendly, supportive and fun. It’s a really great environment to work in. And I love the studio we have here, it’s very well equipped.

I’ve taught yoga for many years, but a more recent passion has been Equipment Pilates. Since I started practising it, my body feels stronger. It has had a profound therapeutic effect on me. I love it, and I’m committed to learn all I can of this gentle but very effective method.

I’m really excited to be able to teach Equipment Pilates to new and old students alike, and to those in need of physical, emotional and holistic wellbeing.

My passions outside of work

My hobbies are the gym, listening to music, reading and spending time with loved ones. But I also love being in nature; the wild forests of Tuscany, for example, is where I find peace.

My qualifications

I have over 5,000 hours of Somatic Awareness/Yoga Training and Embodiment, with various certificates in yoga, kinetic therapy and yoga therapy, as well as my certificate in Equipment Pilates Training.

I also have over 15,000 hours of yoga/somatic teaching, and I’m a Yoga Elder for Yoga Teacher Training, and a certified member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
