If you have escaped a cold this winter you are lucky this is great when you feel one coming on – or have one – even great if you have a bit of a cough the honey really helps!

Serves 1
Ingredients:
300ml almond milk
½ “ fresh ginger root chopped
1tsp ground turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1tblps agave syrup
4tsp Manuka honey
6 cloves
Method:
- Put everything in a pan. Simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- Sieve into a mug to drink.
