Giant banana and raspberry wontons

These are so simple to make and sweet enough they don’t need any added sweetener – perfect for a Friday treat!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 sheet filo pastry ( I used jus rol)

1 tsp coconut oil – melted

1 banana  - chopped rough

10 raspberries

180C

Method:

  1. Brush the filo with the oil.  Fold in half.
  2. Put the banana and raspberries in the centre.
  3. Brush a little oil round the fruit pile. Gather the pastry together in your hands to form a “parcel” and squeeze together.
  4. Bake for 25- 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
