Perfect for sharing – maybe something if you are staying in with your loved one this weekend; you can make the chocolate “sauce” ahead of time if you prefer.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 mango – peeled and sliced / cut into chunks
200g (7oz) mixed berries
20g (1oz) dried mulberries
200ml coconut milk
70g (2.5oz) dark chocolate (70% min solids) – chopped
1tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method:
- Bring the coconut milk to the boil. Remove from the heat.
- Whisk in the chocolate and keep moving until all the chocolate has melted.
- Add the maple syrup to taste if needed at all.
- Serve the Chocolate Fondue sauce in a bowl with the fruit and use toothpicks for dipping
