Chocolate Fondue with mango and berries

Perfect for sharing – maybe something if you are staying in with your loved one this weekend; you can make the chocolate “sauce” ahead of time if you prefer.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 mango – peeled and sliced / cut into chunks

200g (7oz) mixed berries

20g (1oz) dried mulberries

200ml coconut milk

70g (2.5oz) dark chocolate (70% min solids) – chopped

1tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Bring the coconut milk to the boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Whisk in the chocolate and keep moving until all the chocolate has melted.
  3. Add the maple syrup to taste if needed at all.
  4. Serve the Chocolate Fondue sauce in a bowl with the fruit and use toothpicks for dipping
