Making exercise in confined spaces with limited equipment accessible.

Workout:

💪Wall Squat 3 x 30s
💪Incline Push Up 3 x 15
💪Towel Mountain Climbers 3 x 40
💪Towel Pikes 3 x 10
💪Towel Single Leg Hamstring slides 3 x 10 (each leg)

Complete each exercise set 3 times, with a 30 second break between each set

Mildred recommends stretching before and after the workout.
