It's time for this weeks 'Workout Of The Week' again.
Mildred has had a very stressful 5 weeks in lockdown and has decided that it is time for a drink!
Workout:
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extension
Assisted Split Squats
Goblet Squats
Roll Ups
Mildred recommends that you do 10-15 repetitions of each exercises and 3 sets.
She also recommends that you stretch before and after the workout.
