A really easy dessert for when you want something but don’t really have the time!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
6 fresh figs – cut in half
3 walnuts
6 tsp smooth almond butter
2tblps agave syrup
180C
Method
- Put the figs on an oven tray. Put 1tsp of almond butter on top of each fig. Top with a walnut. Drizzle 1 tbsps. of the agave over them.
- Bake for 15 minutes until they are soft and squidgy.
- Top serve drizzle with the 2nd tblsp of agave.
Delicious served with either unsweetened plain Greek or an unsweetened plant based yoghurt.
