Myride Introduction Manual

We've put together a guide to using the Myride bikes to hep you get the most out of your training. Here you'll find information about the correct set up of the bike. form and technique and the core movements.

Indoor Cycling is great for:
● Improved cardiovascular health (the strength of your heart and lungs) without putting
too much stress on your joints.
● Strengthens many of the major muscles of the body i.e. glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps,
calves and the core muscles of your upper body.
● Improves your balance, particularly when you are doing standing work.
