Chocolate Mousse

Yes it is mostly Avocado – and no you defo can’t tell.

The boss (otherwise known as dad) literally inhaled this which translates as 11 out of 10!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

110g ripe avocado (1)

60g maple syrup

45g raw cacao powder

1tsp vanilla powder

80ml almond milk.

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until completely smooth.
  2. Eat right away or store in the fridge (for up to 5 days).

Notes:

You can reduce the amount of syrup to suit your own palate trying to reduce it by as much as possible over time. Also you can use agave, coconut nectar or similar instead of maple syrup if you prefer.
