Banana Cinnamon Pick Me Up

Rachel's tip: "Great as a little snack in the afternoon to keep you going and curb snacking until it is dinner time."

Serves 1

Ingredients:

250ml almond milk

1 x banana – cut into slices and frozen

1tsp cinnamon

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
